Archway Adventure does not share mailing lists or generate students. The visiting instructor is responsible for students attending their program. Instructor is also responsible for the content of the class.

Please review the following guidelines:
     – 15 maximum students
     – 12 -17 year old students must have a guardian attending
     – 1-2 day (weekend) programs

* Archway Adventures provides food and lodging
* Archway Directors, Patrick and Annette Archambeau will audit class
* Visiting Instructor Program
* Deposit is required to hold class dates: $175 non-refundable, applied to below fees
* Archway Adventure Fees:
     – $175 porta potty
     – Food $20 a day per person, farm to table, primarily home cooked foods
     – Lodging:
          1. camping is $10 a nite per person
          2. guestrooms, 2 rooms, 3 people , $25 a nite per person

* Additional donations suggested and all volunteer to help with below activities:
     – Help set up and put away food
     – Keep tea/coffee/water stocked
     – Wash dishes/countertops
     – Manage recycles/compost/trash
     – General cleanup
* No:
     – Pets
     – Recreational smoking/drugs/alcohol
     – Loud partying
     – Discrimination
* Use porta potties
* Stay in designated areas
* Observe animals, do not enter pens or feed without permission
* Reuse/conserve/compost/recycle, please ask if unsure
* Beginning of class
     1. All read and sign release and guidelines
     2. Pay food and lodging fees
     3. Have a fantastic adventure!
     4. Sign up on volunteer calendar
     5. Take tour, set up camp
