A Word from our Founders

Leadership

It is time to re-establish our place in the Grand scheme of life. The Earth is a vast, mysterious place. It provides for all life and teaches us there is no such thing as scarcity if we live within the ever-changing balance that all life creates.
The belief that mankind is separate and superior to all other life and the environment has created an imbalance. Resulting in a self- serving viewpoint and a narrow way of seeing the rest of the world, only one way, the way of the majority. Creative, diversity in all matters is discouraged and discredited. We have lost our way as caretakers of this beautiful place we call home, our Earth.
It is our hope and belief, that we can recapture the connection and wisdom of creation set before us in the world of nature. Living humbly, consciously and creatively will bring us back to the unlimited wisdom we were born to live.
Archway has created many avenues to do this very thing. Come with an open mind and heart, join us in this dynamic, ever-expanding quest. Prepare for an adventure like no other. Walk through the archway of possibilities, vast and endless that is the secrets of our Earth.

Patrick Archambeau

Co-Founder/Education Director/Instructor.

His passion for the Earth and all her mysteries has been a driving force from the beginning with Archway. Archway Adventures is a result of his undying vision to bring humanity back into sync with the natural world.

All of his life, Patrick has been dedicated to nature studies. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors while growing up in the mountains of Colorado. His informal education began in 1993 by attending classes with the world renowned tracker and naturalist Tom Brown Jr. at Tom’s Tracker School in the Pine Barrens of New Jersey where he completed over 10 programs including Expert Tracking. Continuing to broaden his studies he completed the Kamana 1 and 2 programs through Jon Young’s Wilderness Awareness School. He has recently completed Bardic grade, Ovate grade and Druid grade through one of the largest Druid orders on Earth, The Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids. Druidry is a nature based spirituality with a focus on truth, justice and equal rights for all beings on planet Earth.

Patrick has taught everything from tracking to herbalism and reconnecting to the Earth to people from children to adult age including volunteer naturalists, and he has done so and continues to do so for over 20 years.

Patrick’s knowledge and passion truly brings light and hope to a struggling world.

Rhea Tippmann

As a mother of two young children, I find it of the utmost importance to teach our children and our communities to practice sustainability and cohabitation with nature. Culturally, our ego has grown too large to fit in the natural ecosystem. I believe it is imperative to restore the broken ideology that man is at the top of the food chain and above consequence for our actions. Owning and operating a horticulture supply business creates an opportunity to provide education and instill the same values into my family and my community that Archway Adventures instills in its.
